Kid-Friendly Environment

Our clinic is designed to be welcoming and comfortable for children. We strive to create a fun and stress-free environment to help kids feel at ease during their dental visits. Appointment times are based off the age of the patient, starting at 30 minutes. Our main treatment operatories have TVs on the ceilings to ensure children can relax and remain entertained throughout the treatment. We also have fun sunglasses and patterned dental bibs for pediatric patients to help keep appointments as relaxed and interactive as possible.

When young children are brought into the clinic, we start by showing them the space and the cool chairs, offering them a ride on it before treatment starts. All of our hygienists use the show, tell, do method and have fun nicknames for the different equipment that will be used. Dental models are used to help explain treatments to children before they are performed. Kid-friendly polish and fluoride flavours are provided for children to choose which they’d like. Each child receives a goodie bag at the end of their appointment. Additionally, we run a monthly “Cavity Free Club” where children who are cavity-free at their appointment can enter their name into a draw for a chance to win a prize that month.
